We may process email, age eligibility, country, authentication records and identifiers from email, Facebook, Google or Apple sign-in when enabled.

We process progress, inventory, settings, achievements, device details, diagnostics, IP address, security events and service logs to run and protect the game.
Purchases
Where enabled, we receive transaction and entitlement information. Payment providers handle full card details.
Purposes and lawful bases
We use information to perform the game contract, maintain accounts, provide support, prevent fraud, secure the service, comply with law and operate a reliable game.
Providers and transfers
Primary hosting is planned in AWS London. Necessary identity, platform, payment, support and security providers receive limited information under appropriate controls.
Retention and rights
Information is kept while needed for the account, security, disputes and legal duties. Rights requests can be sent to gdpr@wild-cogs.com.
