Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13, provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. Accounts cannot be sold or transferred.
Licence and ownership
You receive a personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable licence. Wild Cogs and its licensors retain ownership of the game and content.
Acceptable use
Do not cheat, exploit defects, automate access without permission, harass others, infringe rights, distribute malware or bypass security.
Virtual content and purchases
Virtual content is licensed, not cash or property. Prices and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
Enforcement
Wild Cogs may proportionately warn, restrict, suspend or close accounts for serious breaches, fraud, safety risks or harm to the service.
Availability and liability
The game may change or be interrupted. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
